About F90 PressF90 Press is a neurodivergent-owned indie imprint and editorial service created to uplift and support neurodivergent authors. We know that traditional publishing isn’t always built for the way our minds work, so we’ve designed a space where creativity, flexibility, and unconventional storytelling are embraced. Our symbol, a rainbow butterfly made of books, embodies the essence of the neurodivergent creative mind. The butterfly represents movement, transformation, and boundless curiosity, much like ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, where thoughts and passions take flight in many directions. The books forming its wings reflect the power of stories to break boundaries, while the rainbow stands for diversity, self-expression, and the vibrant spectrum of identities and minds we celebrate. For many neurodivergent individuals, traditional publishing and editing processes can feel overwhelming—rigid structures, executive dysfunction, perfectionism, and the struggle to stay motivated can turn storytelling into a frustrating battle. At F90 Press, we reject the idea that these challenges make someone a “bad writer.” Instead, we celebrate hyperfocus-driven creativity, nonlinear storytelling, and the innovative ways neurodivergent minds build worlds and narratives. At F90 Press, we believe that neurodivergent storytelling isn’t something to be forced into a mold—it’s meant to fly. We’re here to help your creativity flourish on your terms.

F90 Press is designed to make publishing more accessible for neurodivergent authors by addressing the challenges that often come with traditional publishing. Here’s some ways we make things easier:No rigid submission expectations – We keep our guidelines simple and straightforward. No need for overly formal query letters or stress-inducing cover letters.Clear, step-by-step instructions – We break down each stage of the publishing process so it’s easy to follow.Built-in accountability & gentle reminders upon request – We know deadlines can be difficult, so we offer flexible timelines and kind nudges.Hyperfocus-friendly workflows – We work with an author’s energy flow, understanding that bursts of productivity followed by burnout cycles are normal.Email over phone calls – No need for stressful calls; we keep communication text-based when possible.Clear, consistent, and anxiety-friendly communication – You’ll always hear back within our stated timeframes, and if there’s a delay, we’ll proactively update you so you’re never left wondering.Accommodations for different communication styles – Whether you prefer concise, direct communication or need detailed explanations, we adapt to what works best for you.100% free publishing – We never charge authors for editing, formatting, cover design, or publishing. The financial investment is on us, not you. Instead, we earn a percentage from book sales, ensuring that our success is tied to yours.
